Orders

Where is my order?

Litter-Robot typically ships within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, the weather, carriers, and other related factors. If your order contains multiple products and/or accessories, these items may ship separately. Log in to your account and click My Orders to see the status of your order, as well as the tracking information for items that have shipped.

How do I update my payment method or address?

If an incorrect payment method or address was used on a recent order, you will need to cancel the order and place a new order on our site. For future orders, log into your account and update your address under My Account or your payment method under Payment Methods.

What do I do if my order says it has been delivered but it’s missing?

Log in to your account and click My Orders to see the status of your order, as well as the tracking information for items that have shipped. If your order has been delivered but it’s missing, please submit a support request and include your order number and address so we may start a trace with the carrier.

WhiskerCare™ Warranty

What is the WhiskerCare™ Warranty?

WhiskerCare™ is a comprehensive protection plan that covers your Whisker robot from top to bottom for 1 year at no cost. An extended plan is available for purchase. Our hassle-free plan covers accidental damage, power surges, mechanical and electrical breakdowns, and software support. You’ll have access to our dedicated US-based customer experience and software experts. During your warranty period, we will resolve robot issues at no charge, including free shipping both ways. There are never deductibles or hidden fees.

How do I file a WhiskerCare Warranty claim?

Go through our Interactive chatbot or submit a support request. Our interactive chatbot will solve most issues and is the fastest way to get help.

What are my options if my Litter-Robot is out of warranty?

We offer out-of-warranty repair services and also have replacement parts available for purchase. If you feel that your unit is in need of repair, please contact Whisker Customer Experience. We'll discuss what the options are for your unit and open up a repair ticket if necessary.
