Litter-Robot 4: Blue Light Bar with Yellow Blinking WiFi

Preparation

If Litter-Robot 4 has a blue light bar with a yellow blinking light adjacent to the Connect button, this indicates that the unit is in Onboarding mode and waiting to be connected to the app.

You can now proceed with the onboarding process within the Whisker App to finalize connection.

When your Litter-Robot 4 has successfully completed onboarding, the blinking yellow light will turn solid blue.

If you need to re-enter Onboarding mode, simply press and hold the Connect button, until the Connect LED is flashing yellow.

Troubleshooting

If you have previously onboarded your unit and Litter-Robot 4 has a blue light bar with a yellow blinking light adjacent to the Connect button, you will need to re-connect your unit to your WiFi network.

You will need your 2.4 GHz WiFi network name and password to re-connect.

  1. Open the Whisker App.
  2. Select your Litter-Robot 4.
  3. Select the Settings gear in the top right corner.
  4. Select Update Network.

  5. Follow the steps listed within the App.

Successful: If your unit displays a blue light bar, after the inital Clean cycle you've been successful.

Unsuccessful: If you are still seeing a blue light bar with a yellow blinking light there's likely an issue with your Litter-Robot.
